Easy to use and if you need help there is a support team that gets back to you asap! Their other apps ("do it tomorrow" and "memo note pad") are just as elegantly designed and synch seamlessly with each other . If you constantly write lists, have daily appointments, and use your iPhone or iPad to keep you on track - why not go with apps that make this task enjoyable and a pleasure to look at!!
